Canadian Bioinformatics Workshop Series: Bioinformatics for Cancer Genomics

The Ontario Institute for Cancer Research and Canadian Bioinformatics Workshops are offering a workshop focused on analyzing cancer genomic data. This five-day workshop, funded by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research, will cover a variety of common cancer genome analysis questions, including: Visualizing genomic data; Expression analysis of tumour transcripts; Detecting and evaluating genome rearrangements, somatic mutations and copy number variation; Generating a gene list; Constructing a cancer pathway for analysis; Integrating clinical data.
